Mehinako tribe. Mounted on a braided cotton spinner, decorated with yellow and blue macaw feathers. The center is adorned with two large yellow and blue macaw feathers framing a chloropteran macaw feather. Height: 60 cm, width: 44 cm. Very fine condition, unframed. II/B, Ara ararauna, II/B, Ara chloroptera. Collected between 1954 and 1977. Pre-convention specimens exempt from any prohibition on sale. Provenance Marcel Isy-Schwart Collection (1917 - 2012), kept by the family.Sale ended
