16 illustrations, 120 pages This book, part of the "Kitab Al Chad" series published by the Egyptian "Peuple" printing works, was intended by the publisher to popularize the precepts of the pilgrimage and to spread culture to as many people as possible, notably through the reproduction of extracts from books by "Rahalat" authors: Ibn Jubair, Ibn Battuta, Al Batnuni, Ibrahim Rafaat. Mohamed Kamel Hattat (1912-1985), writer, journalist, teacher, one of the founders of the Egyptian teachers' union.
