With single-edged tapered blade, double-edged at the tip, back cut with ornamental grooves and notches, rectangular ricasso with grooved base, iron guard with long straight openwork quillons, triangular guard with turned outer edges, finely pierced and chased with scrolls, cylindrical handle. L. 47 cm A European sword with effigy is included. Provenance : Jean-Charles Tauzin Collection (1889-1957)Sale ended
