Morocco, late 18th - early 19th century

Two strips of satin, one red, the other green, embroidered with silver thread and edged with polychrome damask silk. The decoration, abundantly embroidered with silver thread and different for each panel, is mainly composed of arabesques, palmettes and a large stylized flower.
