Rayy, circa 1175-1225

Piriform, resting on a small heel, with an aviform neck with three openings. Handle replaced. H. 23.5 cm This type of piece with fine incised decoration is inspired by the Chinese "Qingbai" porcelain produced during the Song and Yuan dynasties.
