Nice set of drawings up to 1900, including a lot of drawings by Miçao Kono (1876-1954) Miçao Kono was a Japanese artist who came to work in Paris in the early 1920s. He made his name with the Ecole de Paris. Kono was particularly renowned for his nude paintings, often depicted with harlequins. His works were very popular in Art Deco interiors of the time.
